Learning how to practice breath-hold diving is easier than you think!

In this program, online training, pool/confined water sessions and open water dives are combined to help you become a safe and confident freediver at all times. Once certified, you can snorkel with a partner in open waters down to a depth of 20 meters and explore a dazzling variety of underwater ecosystems around the world.
Changing rooms will be available for you to take a relaxing hot shower, ensuring a comfortable end to this unique experience.
