Dive Guide / Divemaster

Pre-requisites Dive Guide:
- Open Water Diver
- Spcialty Stress and Rescue
- At least 40 logged dives of which have at least 5 logged dives in each of the following specialties: deep diving; navigation and night diving.
Minimum age:: 15 years old (18 years old to be a Professional Dive Guide)
Duration:: 5 days (includes e-learning theory and confined water and open water sessions)
Requirements for recognition as aDivemaster:
- Dive Guide course
- 18 years old
- Have at least 60 logged dives
- Science of Diving Speccialy
Assistant instructor
Would you like to help instructors with open water diver courses and gain valuable teaching experience to become a dive instructor? Then qualifying as an SSI Instructor Assistant is the right programme for you! Learn to teach new divers academic and confined water skills under the supervision of a dive instructor.

- Divemaster
- at least60 dives logged
Minimum age:: 18 years old
Duration:: 5 days (includes e-learning theory and confined water and open water sessions)
Spcialty Instructor
A continuing education is not only critical to creating safe and active SSI divers, it is also essential to your long term success as an instructor. Continuing your dive education is not only for your divers, but it’s for you too.
Pre-requisites:
- Divemaster / Assistant Instructor
Minimum age: 18 years old
Duration:: 1 day or more (varies according to specialty)

- Fish Identification
- Coral Identification
- Marine ecology
Specialties available for Assistant Instructor or above:
- Equipment Techniques
- Navigation
- Perfet boyancy
- Science of diving

Instructor
Do you dream of traveling the world working as a diving instructor? With this internationally recognized certification, you can work at SSI Training Centers in over 130 countries. This in-depth program gives you everything you need to become an SSI Open Water Instructor. Once certified, they can train SSI divers, teach Enriched Air Nitrox, Stress & Rescue and create Dive Guides. The possibilities are endless, so start your diving career now!

- At least 75 dives logged.
- NITROX Enriched Air
Minimum age: 18 years old
Value of training: 750€
Duration: ~75 hours (e-learning content + 10 dives)
Instructor training course (AITC + ITC)
This program develops the concepts, skills, and teaching experience to become a successful SSI Instructor. Also added the SSI REACT RIGHT INSTRUCTOR course and 2 (two) SSI Specialties to choose from - prioritizing your training, competence and wisdom. You will learn the SSI Teaching System and Philosophy, how to perform the duties of a Certified Assistant, and how to independently teach various SSI programs. Candidates who successfully complete this program may be proposed for INSTRUCTOR EVALUATION in order to be certified as an SSI OPEN WATER INSTRUCTOR, further becoming certified as SSI Specialty Instructors of: PERFECT BUOYANCY, ENRICHED AIR NITROX, STRESS & RESCUE, DIVE GUIDE and REACT RIGHT and the two SSI Specialties you have chosen, in addition to the SSI XR GAS BLENDER certification (NITROX and TRIMIX).
